I was wondering if anybody heard of them? I saw on a pal mickey site that pal mickey 2 will interact with these? glow medallions? just what are they? He will also be louder, play 6 games, sing alongs, clothing coming this summer, a carrying lanyard, triva,And new 50th info!

What is the web address for this site. I have the first mickey and will be down there in april and again in dec. Will mickey 2 be out by then?

DS loved the first one but we didn't get it. He is not quite 2 and felt any old Mickey will do. Curious about the new one though.

I'm wondering myself. Could they be similar to those cool lightup pins that would go off at differnt places in the park? They would beat red at HM ...etc

No sorry I don't know what the medalians are but I want to know too.

I took a look on the website that was posted earlier ( www.palmickey.net ) and on the news page part way down there is a section on Pal Mickey promotions that mentions wdw.com and an online game.

When I try to find wdw.com I don't see any details about Pal Mickey (or anything to do with Disney at all for that matter), am I missing something or am I just dumb?

I didn't look again, but I don't remember it containing a start date. It's possible it just hasn't started yet. Maybe around May 5.

Sounds interesting... That site has some cool info though. Says the new Pal Mickey will be available April 20. Also says people who show their ticket pass when buying it (at special locations) will get a free tshirt for their Mickey between April 20 and 05-05-05. Some other neat stuff too...

Pal Mickey 2 is out now. He comes in a tux coat. From what I recall being discussed on the PM site mentioned earlier in this thread is the Glow Mediallion will be like those Pins someone mentioned above. From what I've heard those mediallons aren't out yet. PM2 was released early and for AP holders the shirts are out, I'm not sure if the DVC shirts are released yet but hopefully someone will say.

I have PM1 and love him. I'm over on the PM fan site and he goes alot of places with us even day to day. We have a lot of fun with him within my own little travel group. So it's great fun to see others elsewhere who are enjoying him as much as we do. Today 2 of our PM1s were present while their "moms" took part in a 8K and even had matching shirts.

But PM2 IS out and I think it's this summer they are releasing his clothing. Of course a few of the PMs I know of already have closets full so Disney is a wee bit behind.

If you get one I hope you have as magical a time with yours as we do without ours

I think I saw the glow medallions on Friday. I will be making a trip to DTD tomorrow. I'll see what I can find and report back.

I found the glow medallions at World Of Disney at DTD today. The are a Mickey head shaped medallion covered with lights. They are supposed to pick up signals in the theme parks that cause it to perform different light patterns. They are $15.02 plus tax.

I'm so jealous, I've never wanted to move to Florida because I was afraid I'd just melt in the summers but there are days where I'm leaning more to moving to be closer to the Mouse Thanks for checking into it and keeping us updated, I think it was you that I had seen talking about the GoH passes ages ago and I ended up having a friend pick them up for me when she was there at Easter. I can't wait till Fall so I can wear them to the parks.
