New Glasses

Just a thought , I had my eyes tested last week and need some new reading glasses, as I'm going tomorrow to my favourite place I started thinking maybe I can take my new prescription and grab myself a bargain.

I need reading glasses, I'm after good quality but would be nice to grab a bargain.

Is it possible to get reading glasses made to my prescription , I'm there for 2 weeks

Yes I'm interested in that as well..

DH always says it when we're walking around the Florida Mall and sees the eye store...but everytime we go he forgets to take his perscription

I dont think you should have any problems.
Theres going to be so much choice and being the USA people are always in a rush.

People have posted before about needing urgent replacement ones due to losing/breaking theirs.
I know theyve mentioned no problem with getting some decent glasses within an hour. even wallmart do them too.

They should even be able to find your prescription from your glasses.
Just in case you forget your prescription.

DH's glasses broke whilst in Florida once. We went to Walmart and thet made them within about 20 minutes as they had his lenses in stock. The glasses were reasonable quality and the lenses had every coating under the sun but they were really cheap. As the PP suggested they just took his prescription from his broken glasses. He had a decent spare pair at home but had forgotten to bring them so we really only wanted a quick cheap fix.
