New Floridays Resort

It is my understanding that the new Floridays Resort is now open. Has anyone stayed there yet? Has anyone driven by or checked it out?

We are booked for a stay mid-August and I'm getting a little nervous.

Actually I had e mailed them last year for info but the info they gave me was kiind of vague. It is not a timeshare and I do not understand how it works it is not a regular hotel either. I think people buy the unit and they they rent it to others year round. Correct me if I am wrong. I was hoping that they would have one of those deals like the timeshare places with two or three free days if you take the tour.
