The on hold message does reference New and Renewals. I looks like they are trying to promote this for new people to lure them in by holding out the carrot. I am sure if you wanted to renew in the next week your could go to guest services and spend some time having them figure out a policy for you to get on the payment plan as I am sure they would rather have you on the payment plan than not renewing all together.
I am still not even sure if this is something we will utilize. We plan for the lump sum payment by saving money here and there, but that was for just 2 adults. We are about to add on our daughter for the first time.
