Does anyone know what time of day that airlines typically release their new set of flight dates? I am waiting for JetBlue to release dates for Nov., and I was wondering if this is something that I should check for early in morning or I should keep checking throughout the day?

Never heard of JetBlue. What airport are you booking out of? Are they a good airline and how are they priced? I'm in Michigan. Either leaving from Flint or Detroit.

Thanks!

:woohoo:

I too am waiting for JetBlue to post their schedule for October. It seems they only have flights available through September 6th. I emailed them two weeks ago and they did not provide a date when they would release flight information. I **assume** that they are looking real close at what flights are needed and when.

They recently announced their first loss a few weeks ago and gave guidance that they might lose $$'s for the year. This does not imply that they are bankrupt, just that their operations are operating in the red due, in part, to high fuel costs. They are also in the process of a pretty big expansion and taking delivery of a new type of plane (which strains their operations).

JetBlue is a low-cost airline that operates primarily out of the NYC, Boston, Oakland, CA, and Long Beach, CA. They offer low-cost fares, new planes, comfortable seats and DirectTV free at every seat. You can only book on the phone or at their website at http://www.jetblue.com.

They told me that they should release flight info beyond Sept.by end of month, but they didn't know what time of day. I guess if there is nothing in morning I should just keep checking several times throughout day to see if anything changed.

This is a complete guess, but I would think additional dates would be released early in the workday - figure 7 or 8 AM? I have NO idea what day, though.

Unless you only want to fly Jet Blue, other airlines have their Nov. flights posted. I booked our fares for November about 2 weeks ago and got pretty good prices.

Only JetBlue and Continental fly non-stop from Newark NJ, and Continental is too high, so I'm waiting for JetBlue.
