M-F pass? Is that the Florida Resident Weekday Select Pass?

You'll probably get better info on the TPAS board. They are more up-to-date when it comes to the rollout of FP+.

Right now, the only way to schedule FP+ in advance is to be staying onsite. All other guests can schedule their FP+ when they arrive at the park and visit a FP+ kiosk. You will be allowed 3 FP+ for that park and that will be you limit for the entire day. You will not be able to get additional FP+ at another park if you decide to hop. The same rules apply to both AP holders and MYW ticket holders.

If you are staying onsite, you will need to link your passes to your Magic Bands using MDE. You cannot schedule your FP+ for more days than you will be staying in a Disney resort nor for more days than you have on your tickets. So, if you're staying 7 days but only have 5-day passes, you will only be permitted to schedule FP+ for 5 of those 7 days.
