New Fantasyland Attractions

Can someone explain what there is to do in the area around Dumbo. I can't remember what it is called! One thing I think I saw was some sort of inside climbing area around Dumbo. Is that accurate? But I'm wondering what else is in that whole section. We will be bringing two grandchildren this summer who have not been to WDW (ages 4 and 7). Thanks.

you no longer stand in a line for dumbo as you will get a pager ( if the line is long enough ) and you will be given this to hold your place in line while your kids play. I think this is what you are talking about.
there is a place your kids can play in some water, it just splashes water at them. but I have seen kins get very wet

a place to do some meet and great. I think there are 3 you meet not sure who the fab five.

and shopping. with some pretty cool treats

the train has a drop off pick up area back there, and there is the little cooler coaster, forgot the name

So you don't get a fast pass for Dumbo, you just go there and they give you a pager? Is there a place where you line up to get pagers?

yes you will line up to get the pager and some times tis can take 10 or so minutes

this video was 4 years ago and I think at this time it was new, if the line is 10 to 15 minute then you will wait in line unless you ask to go in the play area ( I heard they will let you but I do not do this my self)

well this maybe why you can wait 10 or so minute ( depending n how crowded it is) for the pager and then they page you when there are maybe 5 times before your time, ( you wait about 10 minutes) before you go on. and some kids do not come right when the pager goes off. as some kids have more fun playing. but it sure dose beat waiting in line. Also if you FP it you will not go in the play area, and the play area is indoor and AC with sets for the parents, win win all around.
