If they could somehow list these times somewhere on the flyer or on the app that would be awesome.
Right?! I did notice that the Cams were fantastic at checking what the days' plans were, so they'd tell us times to be back. Also a CM told us they're still trying to keep this service a little under the radar to get it running perfectly. They anticipate more information being available and given out within a few months.
LOVED THIS SERVICE, 100% recommend!!! We did a four park challenge and came back to MK a second time...So fantastic!

Love this option and hope to use it during our upcoming June trip!

Are the buses the same as the normal Disney trans. buses or smaller versions?

Listing on a flyer would necessitate reprinting flyer when schedule changes. As things stand now, the (static) schedule is available in this thread as well as at the Express locations. Guests/potential users can also simply note in their respective phones - even simply save the image posted previously.

Or, check, just remember you're never more than 30 minutes away from a bus departure :)
Case in study.. we are at MK, iso her having to walk all the way to the front and to the buses, she can hop on the express bus by BuZZ I believe and this takes her directly to the entrace at Epcot correct,.?
Almost. The Express buses don't just pick up backstage inside each park, they also drop off inside/backstage

Normal sized, but not "slinky dog" ;-)
Our party of four had the buses to ourselves except for the last bus (DHS-MK) after closing (920pm, to get to MK, which was open until midnight-2am with Magic hrs). Then there was a n increase to 11 total.

Did anyone find that to be true ? Has anyone noticed a slowing down of the regular bus service ?
No and those who drive buses for Disney have said that they are extra shifts and not taking away drivers already scheduled for the regular bus routes. They never have all available buses on the road, even without this service
I know, never believe what a bus driver says but in this case since it is talking about their exact job I think they might just know a thing or two

Oh yes I know. I have used the service. However I can't exactly check when I am across the park. I had this issue in Epcot, we missed a bus by two minutes. Had I known I would've got there earlier.

From our awesome Express Transportation bus driver
Thank you for this, but I still don't quite understand how to read it. Are the times all from 12 as the 00? So in your schedule the :10 would be 10 past the hour; the :40 would be 40 past the hour, is this right?

I am still confused at the times from one park to another this is what I don't get. Is there one bus at the park say mk. 10am i hop that bus. will it go around to each park? or will it go to one park then back to mk?

If you are in MK, you choose 1 destination park - example DHS. At the time that Express bus #1 picks up in MK, the Express Bus #2 picks up in DHS.

#1 arrives in DHS and #2 arrives at MK. Then, they depart on the scheduled time. #2 leaves for DHS; #1 leaves for MK. This continues throughout the day.

ok so here if my idea for one night. Hit F with the dinner package. then take the express after F to Epcot for Illuminations. So what time would the last bus from HS leave?

I used express transportation in January but didn't find it to be worth it. Are they running buses more frequently now?

The buses are exactly the same kind that normally run between resorts and parks, and from park to park; there is just a dedicated fleet of 16 buses assigned to the Express service.

Can you expand on why you didn't feel it was worth it?

I was at the parks last May when the parks were 4/5/6 out of 10 and while they didn't have this service at that time, I definitely would NOT have needed it since crowds were low. However, our trip this year is later in June after schools are out and I am expecting 8/9/10 crowd levels so I was hoping this could save some time waiting for buses (assuming my touring schedule lines up with the express bus schedule).

No, still twice an hour between each pair of parks, on the schedule at the end of this New Express Transportation: $19/day or $29/week; Schedule: Page 1 - Post #1 post.

While many potential guests may decide or believe the cost far exceeds the value, it's good to remember the time saving - go through security once, not at each entry; buses pick up/drop off well inside the parks, no trek to the exit then to the bus.

I didn't actually think it was a time saver. Unless you are planning your day to be able to catch the bus at the time it leaves, it can be a while to wait. Twice we had just missed the bus and had to walk around to kill time till the next bus. We felt that we could have gotten a bus faster outside the park. I did enjoy not having the walk from the bus to the back of the parks but unless you're doing 4 parks in a day, traveling during a high peak time or have a medical concern where walking is an issue, I don't think it's worth it to get. I was there marathon weekend and didn't have long waits for buses or security!

Do they have a limit on how many they sell? Is it possible that the bus could fill up and you'd have to wait another half hour for the next one?
