New experiences for us

For our upcoming trip we have the following ADRs:

5/7 Arriving late night so nothing booked

5/8 (Mother's Day and travelling w/ my Mom and DD8) 6:55pm @ Rose & Crown - hoping to see Illuminations from the terrace at 9pm.

5/9 Heading to Sea World so nothing booked

5/10 7:15 @ Hoop-de-Doo

5/11 1:30 @ 50s Prime Time

5/12 Nothing booked - we'll probably get CS at a park or at the POP food court

5/13 3:45 @ Mama Melrose (F! dining package - 9pm show)

5/14 9:30 @ Tusker House

Other than TH, we have not been to any of these. I tried to go with places that will be worth it based on the reviews of the atmosphere/experience/show. My dd is interested in the characters but not the princesses (we did CRT last trip and it was not her thing). Any thoughts or advice on these choices? Any specialty items at any of them that are "don't miss"?

Your ADRs looks great, if you have never been to any of these restaurants, they are really worth it to do at least once. We really like Mama Melrose and will be doing that with the F package too and as for Tusker House, we have been there twice and even though it is good, we are just not that impressed by it (but of course there are a lot of DISers that really love this breakfast). We felt the characters were rushing around and the buffet was o.k. Have a great time.
