Great Review. I'm curious if the tickets at the party can be used for Dom P. It said no restrictions.
I didn't look at the menu for Desserts and Champagne prior to the party, but it was not listed on the menu in front of the kiosk during the party. The most expensive champagne they offered was the Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial at $12.50/glass. It was quite good!
Are you looking for it just as a keepsake? Because there's no way you'd be able to link it to your own MDE account.I really hated that my wife and I couldn't make it down to the F&W event this year but I see that premium package holders received a magic band. As a way of making it up to her I was hoping to track down one of these bands to add to her collection. Does anyone know where I can purchase a F&W without attending the event? Maybe someone has one that has expired... Anyway, hope to make it back next year.
The F&W Premium Package was a real splurge, but we felt we got our money's worth and more. Having food brought to you instead of waiting in 3-4 separate lines that each Premium area covered, was heavenly. I only wished that there were some shade&rain umbrellas for the tables. DD29 was really wilting in the sun & heat of the Premium areas. I didn't mind using my rain umbrella for shade, but DD wasn't going to do the "parasol" look.
We went to the first Late Night Live party. There really weren't enough guests there and the party sort-of lagged. However, the musicians, the DJ, the fabulous dancers and other party entertainment were top-notch. Loved the light-up drink glass and the white cranberry cosmo martini. And it was potent. The atmosphere of being at Epcot at night, at a private party, was a special treat, and I would highly recommend the party to anyone interested.
We got some comments on the F&W LE MagicBand, and we'd like to keep them to use again. They aren't personalized with your name, but they do say 2014 F&W Festival.
We would definitely buy the F&W Premium Package again with our next resort stay.
We are lending in MCO at 9pm on Thursday and have tickets for the late night live for that night. We expect to be at CSR around 10:30, 10:45. So far our plan is to call the resort to hold our lanyard at the front desk so we can do a quick check-in without going to the room and then take a cab to the boardwalk area and enter WS by the international gate by 11:30. For those of you that have gone, did you get everything you needed at your resort or did you need to check-in somewhere near Epcot? If so, do you think it would be a problem to get in that late? Thank you very much!
I thought I read you pick up the after hours party at the Festival Booth during regular park hours. I haven't heard of anywhere else to pick them up.
.I'll call the festival line line. Does anybody knows if this number, (407) 939-3378, is the right number to call to get that type of information?
Report on Late Night Live party, Thurs., Sept. 25, 2014.
We had heard different things about where to pick up the Late Night Live Credentials and food/drink tickets. We were in Epcot before close, and went over to the big World ShowPlace Events Pavilion between Canada and United Kingdom. There were some officials there, and we were told to go over to the Epcot park entrance nearby (International Gateway). Sure enough, they had a ticket booth or two designated for the Late Night Live party, along with a big sign. I gave my name and photo ID, and the ticketing CM had a computer print-out list of names. He found my name and number of guests in my party, and marked it off with a highlighter. Then he gave us a credential on a lanyard. It had six tear-off tickets on it, three on each side. One of the tickets had different color print, and that was for the white cranberry cosmo martini in the special lighted drink glass.
