The two most rampant rumors are DVC Poly (considering how well BLT sold this seems very likely) and that area over by Ft. Wilderness (I know DVD has taken out papers with the county on that area but done nothing with it). Is this about something different than those?

Personally I think the Poly would be the PERFECT location for DVC to go next. I own at BLT, but the Poly has long been my fav resort!!

Got inside on a Polynesian being added after Floridian is done.
Also seen the plans for another tower by Contemporary.

Will be getting the inside info On discovery island tomorrow.
Have seen the final stages of a Avatar land along with a Water way from Animal kingdom lodge through western way to a totally new unnamed park . the waterway continues to Epcot. Also seen a complete set of tracks , not monorail however but its definitely the same type of concept It ended at the curve connection by the monorail going over western and world drive

Got inside on a Polynesian being added after Floridian is done.
Also seen the plans for another tower by Contemporary.

Will be getting the inside info On discovery island tomorrow.
Have seen the final stages of a Avatar land along with a Water way from Animal kingdom lodge through western way to a totally new unnamed park . the waterway continues to Epcot. Also seen a complete set of tracks , not monorail however but its definitely the same type of concept It ended at the curve connection by the monorail going over western and world drive

Wow those are some big um rumors do you have sources? And any more information on these rumors.

I find most of this highly doubtful, especially after reading through this:

I'm assuming "tracks" of any kind are related to the possible high speed train FDOT was/is apparently discussing (pp 3B-56 in the RCID 2020 Development Plan for reference...I don't have enough posts to put a link...that's what I get for lurking all these years). Discovery Island has been basically untouched since it closed. Why now, of all times, would they do something with it? There are so many other things they are probably focusing on right now...that tiny island would be the least of their worries, IMO.

I wouldn't be surprised by a Poly DVC, but I doubt many people would. And I highly doubt Contemporary would add another tower so soon after Bay Lake. The Garden View rooms there don't seem to be in terribly high demand, so what is the point? There is still BLT DVC for sale directly from Disney...

Unnamed park...I will believe that when I am driving through the 5th gate. Until then, it's a rumor all too often spoken.

I guess my thoughts were the tower would not be DVC, just a replacement for the Garden Wing (since I can't picture where else there would be room) and in my mind that wouldn't be a popular enough location since theme park views would be extremely limited if available at all. And an "extra" Contemporary building just doesn't have the ring of Bay Lake DVC Villas.

The company i work for is doing all the communication and Digital wiring for the new bus stops going in at Magic Kingdom. We have has access into the main off campus site on sherberth road. While everyone was there going over the plans.I went to go to the Bathroom. To the left was a room marked " future creative designers,jobs and careers and locations .
I popped my head in and there in front of me was a tables layout of the entire park system. I was able to immediately orient myself since a small version of Epcot was sticking right up . It was then that I seen Avatar land, the train/monorail the new tower opposite of contemporary it looked like almost a duplicate of Bay Lake ,the New Grands, poly's Discovery island was completely changed . I wanted to take a picture but I feared i would of gotten caught. The following day the room was locked . My co worker sad he will be in that room next week and will snap a picture

If that picture makes it to the web, I can pretty much guarantee your company will never be hired by Disney again.

Yea I will not publish but Boy is it going to be nice to see. It didn't show anything stupendous. The most curious IMO was the train and water way .
it would make sense as Animal Kingdom is off the beaten path with no effect Disney connection except for bus

That new park is not unnamed - ir will be "Dark Kingdom".

I like leaked rumors as much as the next guy but they are nothing to lose your job over.

Losing a job job would be the last thing i would be worried about if caught leaking a photo. Lots of legal problems could quickly ensue
