Just read on the DVC website that there will new perks for DVC members at Disneyland California to be announced in the next few months.

We are going to DL next summer and would be real pleased to get a discount off the park tickets or discounts off the restaurants maybe.

Does anyone know anything more?

We're heading out to Disneyland in December. Can't wait to see what perks they are going to have!

I hope they have the new perks listed by July. We are heading there on the 20th. It will be our first time as adults. :earsboy:

I want to know as well. I'll be there this month, next month, the........... :)

How about in three weeks?!?!? - Can everyone hope they are out by then?

I hope they are out in three weeks, as that means they will be there in about 7 when I am there.

Figures -- I already bought our park hopper passes for DL in September. Well maybe they will give us some dining discounts.

You are correct. Figures we are staying at GC.

We were going to be staying in the PPH, but we called and switched to the DLH. We even got an extra night from the points left over. Of course, you'd probably have to be crazy to switch from the GC to DLH. :earboy2:

I hope the new perks are out soon, but I also hope that they're going to announce a new DVC property in CA! (Oh boy!)

Well, I thought a 50th DL celebration should include a stay at the DL hotel. Now we love the GC but I was playing the nostalgia angle and our love of different resorts and that usually works. Nope, not this time. I was out voted so it is GC.

I'll be in Riverside for my 20th reunion in July and we have thought about going. Maybe have to think harder now.

We are going next summer. New perks will be great!! It will be our first trip to California,I can't wait.

Unfortunately, I don't think the new perks will be released by our visit in two weeks.

I will be stopping by when we are their the last week in June and will report back.

We stopped by a DVC cart on May 6. It is interesting that Disney brought employees from Florida to staff the carts. The DVC person we spoke to had no information on a California resort or on Disneyland Resort perks. She said there has been interest in DVC and they are not having any problem filling space for the DVC presentations. She was most excited about the DVC staff having been given a tour of Walt's apartment over the fire station. FYI, the DVC cart in Disneyland is a great spot to watch the new fireworks show.
