Thanks for all the Welcome's and hello's! I have always thought that people who truly enjoy Disney have a certain commonality - an feel I've found some of that with you folks. It's great to have a second home and new neighbors!

Jenny is right. If you are flexible with your dates and which resort you want at WDW then you will probably have no problems. There will always be times of year that will be nearly impossible without the 11 month window (holidays and the month of December). It is pretty tough to get a grand villa without the 11-month window too. Otherwise you should do ok. You wil just need to be flexible. I absolutely love Vero. Be sure to include it in your vacation plans off and on. And here's a big Welcome Home!

Even when your kids get older I am sure you will enjoy seeing your grandchildren have a great time at WDW - and you can always enjoy yourself at Vero Beach when you need a break from Disney.
