New DVC member...a few q's ...Help please!

Hi everyone, we own at BCV and will be making our first trip this April. I have a few questions, that I know you will all know the answers to.
1. Can I book a room for my sister and her family to use? Do I get a discount if we are paying cash?
2. Do you have any links or names for the grocery services that deliver to Disney?

You can use your points any way you want (one room, two, whatever) until they run out, and even borrow some from next year. You can also rent a room for $ but it always seems so much more expensive. I am not certain about cash discount.

DVC members receive a 25% discount off of rack rates at DVC resorts only. The discount is only offered for periods when DVC calculates that all of the rooms will not be rented out to members staying on points. You'll have to call Member Services to see if it is available for your particular travel dates. During high occupancy seasons at the smaller resorts, there is basically no chance of getting the cash discount.

Also the discount is intended for use by members only. You can only reserve one room per night at the cash discount rate, and the member's name must be on the reservation.

Housekeeping services under the cash discount fall under the DVC schedule. There are no daily cleanings.
