I received the new OCR guidance for ADA 2009 504/Title II Today. If you have not read it, it is well worth your time.

And I just want to add that if your school is not abiding by these new amendments, notify them. If they still fail to abide you can file a federal DOE OCR complaint. I filed a complaint in August 2010, and the school is still in hot water. Those complaints are taken very seriously.
