At Michaels today I found the Buy Scrapper's Solution to Disney Papers, which you can see an example of from this one site:

I had thought about ordering it online, but decided to wait and I was happy that I did since I got it for a lot cheaper. I didn't see any place for the Princess one though.
Michaels also has a few of the Muppet Jolees. The only ones that I've seen so far are Miss Piggy, Kermit, and Animal.
At the end of one of the aisles they had a bunch of mini Disney scrapbooks: Mickey, Tink, Princesses, and a couple more. They looked to be about 6x6 and have a ribbon that ties in the front. Very cute. I think they were only $5.99. I don't know how many pages are in them, if they are expandable, etc, but they were cute.
