NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

On Saturday and Sunday I bought 4 $100 DGCs in separate transactions to get a $30 reward. Last night I was surprised to see in my Target app that I had met the $199 spend requirement for a free Target360 annual subscription, so I signed up! Now I have a year to find out whether it's useful to me or not.
Fortunate! I spent $300 on gift cards for that offer, but did it on August 5, so no free circle 360 for me!

I started to buy a few DGCs to take advantage of this offer but then I saw the Target360 delivery only applies to purchases of $35 or more.

Yes, I bought the DGCs because of the bonus rewards offer bringing the discount above the normal 5% we get with our Circle credit card. The Target360 was a surprise. I don’t know how useful it will be, but I have a year to find out.

Please report back if you can pick your own rewards and they are the variety of "Spend $X, Y times and get $Z in rewards". That is what I'm looking for. I need to buy a few grand more in DGCs before our trip and I like getting the rewards to use on household goods or gifts.

My particular offer was to make 4 purchases of at least $80 each to get $30 in bonus rewards. I bought 4 DGCs, $100 each. That 7.5% back, on top of my 5% Circle card discount, was enough for me.

That was not a Circle360 offer, and I didn’t get to choose it. The Circle360 offers are completely different, and the first ones offered to me don’t seem to be very valuable to me, but I did choose to get $5 off a variety of tech products. I don’t need anything now, but I have until the end if August to use it, so we’ll see.

If you are referring to Circle 360 rewards, my first two months I was given a choice between three offers, each was about $5 off some category Good & Gather, household storage, etc.

Thanks I updated my post with your card. https://www.disboards.com/threads/new-disney-gift-card-deals-and-more.3952573/post-66290606

This way if @DealVengers thinks it is worthy to post the unlocked magic website unlockedmagic.com under Post #3 for park tickets or somewhere else they will have some data points on how it codes for maximizing credit card points.
Thanks! Just getting back from a Disney / Universal trip, but good idea to add Unlockedmagic and will update it when I get a chance, if someone else didn't already beat me to it. :)

Panera Bread's app is showing a 20%-off promo on the eGiftcards screen. Not sure what the restrictions are, or if this works for everyone, but says it ends on September 3 and is online only.
No limits that I can see and you order e-cards or plastic. There is a shipping chg of .65 per order if you choose the plastic.

Is there any recent data regarding Uber showing inflated ride rates after you add a gift card to your account? I am pondering the discounted Uber e-gift card deal at Costco ($100 for $79.99). But if Uber routinely crushes the discount with inflated ride quotes, I guess it isn't worthwhile.

A written DP on the main page, no., but peeps have expressed this happening to them on the regular and I'm one of them.

DH typically handles Uber, I just buy the gc's when there's a deal. When DH checked for a ride from point A to point B, I checked too and only because peeps were posting about this issue.

He had a $15 balance on his Uber acct., I didn't.
His price was $5-6 higher compared to me and for the exact same type of vehicle. On busier times of travel especially like holidays, I expect to see a larger price difference.

My recommendations: Buy smaller denominations of Uber GC., Use at the very least TWO Uber accounts to verify prices and make sure you're requesting the same type of vehicle.

We have been in DisneyWorld this week and today is our last day and we are in the Magic Kingdom. This is our first year of relying exclusively on Lynx and Disney buses - we paid $16 per person and that covered all buses including to and from the airport.

We also finally got correct the best spot to sit for the Fantasmic. (Obviously, the center is the best spot but you can’t get that anymore unless you pay extra for a dining package.) The key is to be right between the 2 barges where the show is projected. So right in the middle between the 2nd and 3rd section from the end is better than the 2 sections right off the middle. Since they fill up the moddle sections first, we just kept moving over when they opened a new section until we got where we wanted.
