Went to Target to buy gift cards with my Bonus Circle offer and they had no Disney Gift Cards at all! I came home and ordered online. I hope they are still going to sell them in the store.

My store had plenty on Sat. Did you check everywhere? My stores normally have a display in front, by greeting cards and then 50 gc on some aisles.

Yes, I looked everywhere. They even usually have them in the book section at my target.
I even asked an employee to help and they didn’t find them either

Staple had this gift card on sale for 10% off and I also had 5% back with my Disney visa at Staples, so hoping that’ll work but if not, oh well, I’ll probably end up buying the new printer I need from Staples anyways which is included in the gift card but if not, it’ll definitely get used at Lowe’s.

Depending on what type of printer you are looking for, if you are a Staples Rewards member, you can get rewards on printers. This week they have 50% back in rewards on tank printers and last week they had 50% back in rewards on all printers. They usually have the 50% back in rewards on all printers once a month.

We've had the opposite problem with Shoprite, the printed coupon will not scan when we go to use it the following week. Need to get customer service to manually enter the discount.

Also, the one time we had an issue with the coupon not printing I had scanned our card in while using the self service checkout. When I finished, I went to do the gift card as a separate purchase. The customer service person told me I couldn't do gift cards through the self checkout and she would need to do it. No problem. Except she didn't scan my Shoprite member card nor ask for phone number to enter while making the purchase, so the coupon did not print out.

When I went to customer service, they said the member ID was not entered when making the purchase which is why no coupon printed out. I explained that their own person processed the transaction and that I had my card. They wrote the code on the receipt and it worked when we went through checkout the next week.

Moral of the story, if customer service helps you with the purchase, make sure they enter your Shoprite member card into the specific transaction. Not saying you won't still have an issue, but something else to watch for to help avoid issues.

The barcode on the bottom of the receipt isn't actually part of the GC promotion, it's for the receipt of your purchase. This confuses every single cashier as they always try to scan it when they really need to read the coupon and enter the code that's printed in the text. Sometimes they also need an override for it to go through (this seems to be store dependent). I cut the barcode off to skip the scanning step. You just need to cut above and below both lines of asterisks to keep all the GC promo text. The actual coupon value is stored on your Price Plus account.

Yep I checked everywhere and went to service desk to ask and they went and checked in the area behind where the main gift cards are displayed. I noticed that there weren’t even any spaces where the cards should have been.

As the resident international gift card lover. I really need to stop trying to buy gift cards. I managed to block my card and get a call from the fraud team for this one haha.

The best discount I've found so far is ~5.89% through TopCashBack US's mobile app. But I had to find the app on a 3rd party website, since the US app wasn't available in the AU app store (which makes sense), and then I had to struggle to get a payment method to be accepted. Eventually got my normal "international friendly" card working through PayPal. Not as good as everyone else's 10%+, but every little bit counts when you've got Disney expenses.

Newegg was the best I got at 10% off and worked with no issues.
Bestbuy 5% but did have to fiddle with the adress part. after card got locked by bank.

Some sites PayPal wont work on international sites now like bestbuy.

Dint think about trying a cash back site.

I just purchased some egiftcards from the target site using my Red Card. They were emailed, but the links are leading to a web page that won't load / is just a white screen. I have tried multiple devices.

Open the link in an incognito tab. I had this happen before and that solved it!

Thank you for the suggestion! It didn’t work for me though. Hopefully whatever the issue is, gets fixed soon!

Anyone have issues with Shoprite coupon printing today?

Just got back from Shoprite, purchased a $100 DGC and the $15 coupon did not print
I always purchase at customer service, the employee had no idea what to do, I showed him the ad, he called another "manager" over, they told me just to bring my receipt next week with the ad. I pusehd back & said that is not acceptable, didnt want to show up next week not be able to use $15 off. They finally gave me a $15 Shoprite gift card that I used on my groceries tonight

I have read here, this has happened to others in the past, especially on the first day of sale.
I know when they have written the code on the receipt in the past that has worked the folllowing week.
Going back another day this week, to use my husbands Shoprite card
If first transaction worked properly, I would have bought both tonight.

Yes I had a problem. I bought the gc yesterday and didn't realize until today that the coupon didn't print. Went back to Shoprite today and the apologized and wrote the code on the receipt. I usually ask them to circle the receipt before I leave the counter. Guess I forgot.

I purchased a variable load DGC on 7/15 and the coupon printed properly so the POS must be updated.
