NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

Saw a Chase offer this morning for 10% off up to $110 in spend ($11 CB) at office max/depot. Only valid until 5/30 even though it's "new". Have it on 4 of my wife's Chase cards and 5 of mine.
Mine only has 5% off up to $10 cash back. Not really worth it for that imo.

Well it is better than the standard Target 5% unless the offer is on a card that receives nothing back in terms of points, otherwise it is the same.
Yes, I guess I’m comparing it to 3x back on travel since I just charge everything at Disney back to the room. I should have clarified.

I charge everything back to the room as well but I don't use my CSR that gets 3x on travel.
I instead pay off everything with the discounted gift cards I acquire throughout the year.
Obviously a lot more work but the savings are certainly there. In this case if your card is earning 3x on travel it would earn a minimum of 1% everywhere else.

So your $200 card would earn the full amount of your points ($2) plus receive a statement credit of $10 meaning that you are doubling the savings of the 3x on travel at 6%

As @gottalovepluto mentioned I like to use my CIC for these but even if it is not I will take advantage of these offers and wait for the $15 off $300 Visa/MC Deal.
The fees are $7.95 a card so I buy 3 $200 cards at $623.85 and reduce that by $30 to get to $593.85 total spend. I then split the payment with what cards have the chase offers to earn additional savings via the offers and points earned.

I can then take those V/MC and use them to purchase Disney Cards when they go on sale at Meijer, Best Buy, BJ's, Sam's or when Kroger has the 4x fuel points to really maximize the savings.

I'm ok with just a 10% savings but many more people strive for 15%+

We got these and also Ralphs 10% off on several Chase cards....exp later in June. So everyone check for these 2 offers if you have Chase Cards.

I have this offer on all three of mine (2 personal / 1 biz) but none of P2 (3 personal / 1 biz). I’ll take what I can get!

I'm planning to do this. I have a trip coming up 6/1 so trying to stock up on gift cards. I have the 10% offer on 5 of my chase cards. Are the stores usually ok with me just buying 5 $110 gift cards in separate transactions? I also have the Dollar General 10% on 3 of my Chase cards. I'll ask first whether I can use a credit card at my DG, but do ya'll just usually do them all at once, separate transactions? I'm short on time with the trip coming up (not to mention the offer expiring) so I don't have time for multiple trips.

My Office Max will only allow one transaction for Gift cards but they allow me to split payment. So in this case I would purchase 1 $550 Card and then pay $110 with Card #1 etc until all 5 cards with offers have been used. You will have to check with your store to be sure though. If I can just buy one card it saves me the hassle of combing the cards on the giftcard website.

I have just done them as 3 separate $50 transactions. I don't want to complicate things for them since there is only one in our area that will allow cc to purchase gc.

There is a Kroger digital deal starting today that offers a variable-load Visa or MasterCard of at least $150 with no purchase fee. You have to 'clip' the coupon in your Kroger account to get this deal. Limit one, expiring 6-3-25.

Depending on your points/rewards status, this could work better than the recurring Staples no-fee deal because you can get either of the two card brands and you can go up to $500, which I think is the upper limit for these variable cards. These cards are issued by Pathward, btw.

Thanks for this.

This was not showing in the app for me but I was able to find it when I went to https://www.kroger.com/o/gift-cards

I stock up on these larger amounts to pay my property taxes with as debit is charged a flat fee so it maximizes the savings compared to Staples/OD/OM $200 cards even though I don't get the 5% right now since my 2 Discover cards already hit the max.

It's going to vary by store. I have no trouble doing 5 separate transactions to buy GC at my local Office Depot when I have multiple cards with the offers.

Heck, it can very by employee at the same store! I litterally never know what my OfficeDepot rules are gonna be. A few times it was one per person, split payment allowed. One day no split payments, but 2 transactions were ok. And some times it's do anything you want.

I did an attempt today and it did recognize the purchase. I am wondering because the other order had mixture of gift card and grocery, but I am not sure
It sounds like this purchase was made in store.
I have never had an issue with the purchase being registered when buying only gift cards at the store.
