So Sam's Club went live at 9 am and strictly limited me to one purchase of 4. That day earlier this year where we got 20 or 30 100 dollar gift cards is not being repeated.

I bought 4, and unlike last year, they capped me at that number on my account. If you have any family members with different accounts they can purchase as gifts for you. I just gave them my card to use.

For a period of time, there's a limit of 4 items per membership and you can only buy -1 more. You can always check back in the near future to buy more.

Not going well for me. I haven't bought any and it won't let me add any to my cart.
