Really what's the difference between our accounts? I literally have tried over and over again after my initial purchase with my two accounts and nothing...just cancelled over and over. Crazy how that works.
I actually placed an order maybe a minute to soon and it was cancelled within a minute (even though it didn't give me the warning in my cart) and then I let it cool off for an hour and tried again and it worked. I did PayPal this time instead of trying to use my stored card, not sure if that made a difference. Every order I always hit checkout (and not apple pay or PayPal) and that triggers the text verification, if I don't do that step it's always an auto cancel. Like when you go to your cart there's a checkout and a PayPal (and sometimes an Apple Pay) option, and I do not click PayPal or Apple Pay (you can use them on the next step anyways) and hit the checkout button instead.
