New Discount for Annual Passholders

Hi! Just heard that Disney released a discount for annual passholders for Oct 1 - Dec 31. Can anybody verify? Do they usually release similar discounts for anyone? Or would it be worth it to buy an annual pass?

You don't need to tell them the letter code of EWP. I just asked if they had any AP rates and she gave it to me.
