New DCL pin

I was told by a CM several weeks ago that this pin will be released soon.

i HAVE to have this pin for my little boy. he was only 4 months old when he did his first safety drill (he's 2 1/2 now and going on his 3rd cruise over thanksgiving and 4th (the 7-day) next spring break). i am willing to pick up pins on our cruise over thanksgiving in return. can work out trade/purchase/future trade...you decide.

anyone???
