Does the new CVS near Disneyland have groceries? Is it like a Walgreens in their grocery selection, meaning there aren't a lot of choices? Do they have frozen foods? Fruits and veggies? Trying to figure out the closest grocery store to Worldmark Anaheim located at 201 West Katella. We won't have a car.

Thanks for your help!

We didn't go to CVS on our recent trip but did last Oct. I remember them having a selection similar to Walgreens, I'd say more since the store is quite big. I don't recall fresh fruit and veggies but there is a freezer section. I've stayed at Worldmark before and took a cab to Von's (same as Safeway in WA). We've also had them deliver to us there in the past.

I remember a small refrigerated open area that contained a few things like premade sandwiches, and a wall freezer area with ice cream, milk, but there was not a full grocery store selection. There may have been fruit, but you can always call them and ask. The 7/11 across from it may also have some grocery items.

This is what I remember. I do not remember fruit. Was in there a couple weeks ago when attending the D23 Expo. The 7-11 across the street may have a few more options.

Thank you everyone for your replies! We will likely just take a cab or Uber to Von's. Probably a better selection of the food I am looking for.

The CVS from what I recall was a lot more drugstore and they had a lot of alcohol in there, but I do seem to recall some premade food (parfaits, sandwiches, salads) and a bit of a freezer section. Not grocery shopping, really.

Also very nearby are ABC Mart which had a decent selection of basic grocery items, along with 7-11 which usually has basic fruit (apples/bananas/oranges), muffins, etc. There's also a Super Target straight down Harbor if you'd rather go there than Von's.

For food, snacks, supplies, and offsite beer runs....

Recommend stores around Euclid & Katella (map: https://goo.gl/maps/z31E7 )
About 1 Mile from Disneyland.

Food For Less and WalMart Neighborhood Market
==============================

Food for Less is pretty much a discount Ralph's grocery store.
Beer and other alcohol prices are real-life normal, same for groceries.

Across the street from there is a WalMart Neighborhood Market.
Any supplies and extra grocery items at WalMart prices.

Harvey's Sports Bar at that intersection offers $1.75 domestic pints at 6am(!) and 11am.

If people are looking for a Dollar Store (Dollar Tree-like)
try the brand new 99 Cents Only store at Euclid & Ball.:

Hi,

I walked there from the Anaheim Marriott. It has a small grocery selection ( but I found it adequate). There is a Target just across the road from the Hyatt Regency Orange County.

I was there last Friday. They had many grocery items, (milk, eggs, cheese, cereal, ready to heat and ready to eat foods). I picked up soup and meds for DD who caught a lovely cold. They had apples and bananas at the front door and I'm pretty sure they were the same price as at Disney ($1.99!)
FWIW, I took UberX from there to DLH for $4.

I was there on Tuesday and they had some fruits (apples, bananas). I didn't pay attention to much, I only noticed because we thought it was interesting that they put a sign by their fruits stating they had not been washed. I had never seen a sign like that before
