New coupon train

Sounds like a great way to share unused coupons and receive ones that I could benefit from...
I occasionally receive MULTITUDES of Sunday coupon flyers because my family is involved in a local distributorship of a newspaper - those would be great times to cut all the extras and share!
Please let me know if it is still possible to join, I am in Maryland.
