I was getting them before Christmas but haven't had one since we took the break. I pm'd vegasnative and she said she would get me a new sender but that was a couple weeks back and still no envelope. I could have sworn I answered you butttt No the Falls don't freeze over the water moves too fast for that. They do have lots of ice at the bottom though in the spring, from the ice boom being released. Th Falls are awesome but living here don't go very often usually with company!!
