New confirmation letter?

I added one day to my vacation and I never got a new confirmation letter. I have had issues in the past where my ressie was not correct and the letter was the only thing that got me a room. It is correct on the website, should I just screen print the website ?
 
I rarely have gotten new confirmations for adding or subtracting a day from the reservation. I would print the screen and call it good.
 
not to hijack but I have never been able toget into my screen on DVC. They have tried to help but it never works. -I have two accounts with different numbers...due to divorce, etc...what would you do then?
 

I would call MS to be sure it is listed properly in their system. Remember with MS open 7 days a week now, it will be easier for the resort to contact them as well, as long as you arrive during MS operating hours.

To receive a confirmation letter requires that the MS Adviser push the print button. Some push it when they shouldn't and others forget to push it when they should. Give them a call and ask them to push the button.
 
I have always received a new confirmation letter after making a change in my reservation. Maybe I am just lucky. I thought everyone got one. :)
 
I guess it is just luck of the draw because I have rarely gotten another confirmation letter after adding or deleting a day. I just print the online screen. If you holiday is not too close, you could always call and ask them to send you a final version. :)

I did not know I could still request one. Sometimes I get two and sometimes I get them a month later. But is has been a while, so I will call

As far as not getting the website to work. I used to have issues with the screen not showing anything, but I could scroll down and I could see the page. Try scrolling down.
 
DH and I added a day to our Dec. trip and BFF and I upgraded our accomodations and I received new confirmations in the mail for both as well as being updated on member website.
