New codes are out for DC members! Post your deals here!

Question

I have 2 ressies right now.

One for CSR Aug 19 - 24
and another for CSR Aug 24 - 27

I did them seperate so I could pay reg for the first half & value for the second. If I call when this is opened to the public will I be able to apply it as an 8 night package using my 2 existing ressies?

Here's what I got and I am thrilled!

8 nights at the Cont Tower for 2 adults; 3 children (5, 7, 9) for $3178 Oct 18-26. I booked the 7 night package ($2807) and added the 8th night ($371) on a separate reservation at the regular DC discount. The 8 night package would have cost $3371 but since we would not be able to use the UPH for the 9th day, I was better off booking that last night separately. Now I have to figure out if that last night is worth the extra $371 but the UPH from the 7-night package will be good until midnight that day. I can think of worse dillemas!

Best part of this is that we get to go in October (and see MNSSHP) and don't have to wait until November!

I also understand that codes are hard to come by for a Tower room so I think this is the best I'm going to get!

What am I doing wrong? I have an existing reservation (room only) for a 1 br at BCV for July 18-23. When I called this morning to see about the FT deal, the CM told me that there was nothing available. I do have a DC membership.

I would call back and talk to someone else... sometimes different CMs have "conflicting" information.

Could some very nice DC Member price something out for me? August 19 - 27th Coronado Springs, Waterview, 2 adults, 2 children.

The only thing they said was available was the junior suite (I called twice and talked to someone else to make sure). They kept me on hold for about 10 minutes so I hung up. Let me know if you want me to price that room. Sorry!!!

I just called to price my trip Aug 9 - 16th with 2 adults only

Contemporary Standard Wing- 1587.53 fairytale package W/out insurance
Poly Garden View- 1855.21 fairytale package w/out insurance
Wilderness Lodge standard view- 1409.17 fairytale package w/out insurance

and if you want 6 nights every resort I quoted up there is a few cents diff so why would I stay only 6 nights when its the same price for 7???? This sounds tooo good to be true :bounce: :Pinkbounc

I changed our AAA % rooms at CBR to the Fairytale Package. We were originally going to get APs but decided this would work as well for us. For a 10 day stay we figure we saved about $800.00.
Thanks for the heads up. Plus, we will have unlimited water parks, DisneyQuest, etc. (We were just going to get reg APs, skip DQ and use left over water park days. Now we will just save them for next time.)
=0)

I just redid my ressie again. Originally I had posted that I was paying 2736.05 for 9 days and 8 nights at the Poly, but after I posted, I said to myself, why am I paying for the ninth day when we're leaving first thing in the morning. So, I called back and asked to have the FT package for Aug. 22 - 29th and then have just a room only rate for the 29th - 30th and I saved $173.58!!!! My total is now 2562.47 and I'm hoping I can get a better rate for that one night, right now I'm paying $283 with my DC discount.

The tickets expire at the end of your stay, correct.

I'm reading a lot of posts about people planning on using their UPH's on future trips.

The tickets that come with this package are useless after you check out, right?

I wasn't planning on going back to WDW after our June trip but I saw this new FT package & just had to call.

We got 7 nights in September at the ASMo for 2 adults for $867.99.

I priced it out the Dream Maker Package on disneyworld.com and it was $1403.90 for the 7 nights & $945.90 for the first 4.

YES, Everyone who is purchasing the Fairytale Package please remember the UPH Tickets that come with the package expire midnight of the day you check out.

UPH Tickets can not be used on future trips!

Does anyone know if we're getting the $50 DC credit with this package? According to my calculations, I'm not. How does everyone else's calculations compare to what they're being quoted? Do you think you're getting the credit?

this package is a good deal, but not if you don't plan to go to the parks everyday. We currently have a ressie for 7nights Poly GV for $1540 and planned to buy 7 day park hopper plus- roughly $1100 (2 ad. and 2ch). The FT price came to $2279. We normally only spend 3/4 days in the parks and 2 days in waterparks. We then have the tickets to use on our next trip and only have to pay for the room. If I calculate the room and then half the amount of the 7 day tickets- it comes out to about $2150. Therefore it really isn't a good deal unless you know you will be using every day.

Yes... well, at least I was told my prices included the credit. I made sure to ask.

My CM said it included the 50.00 discount + a pin and some kind of character artwork.

I was quoted $1511.00 for ASMo 9 nites or $1883.00 Coronado Spgs. My original AAA was $621.00 (room only) and we planned on only a 5 day hopper, so I'm torn. Do they have any DC discounts on room only? I forgot to ask.

We have 2 adults 3 juniors and 1 child

We origanally had booked Dream Makers Pakage for 6 nights
ASMo with 2 rooms that are connecting Total price $2,964.11 w/o ins.

I have now revised my reservation package to DC Fairytale Package
We are now staying at ASMo for 7 nights Total price $2,407.32 w/o ins.

Not only are we getting an extra day but are saving $556.79

WOW Isn't it great to get paid for staying an extra day.

Cann't wait to spend my savings.

We have 3 Adults, 1 child (myself, DH, DS & DB). Staying at the Poly GV Oct. 4-11. Get this: $3,542.06! This INCLUDES Airfare, a towncar to/from the airport and all taxes/fees. That works out to only $885 per person!

Had the most wonder and patient cast member at WDTC (Luke). I think he's my best friend now!!!! Tried the package all different ways for us. We could have gotten land only for the Poly for 3 people (2 adults, 1 child) for $2,267 or the WL for $1,799!!

How great is this! I can't believe we are finally staying at the Poly!!!! (Did I say how excited I was to be staying at the Poly?)

Okay I don't see any of the Ft. Wilderness campers on this thread!!! So let me be the first...

If any wonderful terrific marvelous DC member out there has a few extra moments on their hands I would be so tremendously greatful if you would price something out for me....

I currently have a dream maker package booked for August 16 through August 30 on a full hook up site (for my tent) in a pet loop for 2 adults DD14 and DS10. The total cost of the package was $1609

My situation is somewhat unique in that when I made this reservation I had some very special discounts applied. I would just love to know if this current package does in fact give me even steeper discounts than I already have.

What if I split the reservation into two seven day reservations getting the FT discount on both?

Can some wonderful terrific DC member help me out and price the above so I can put my mind at ease whether this is a better deal or not as I will be away on business on the 11th and most likely won't be able to call till I get home after the 15th!?

HvnzCaress,

As far as I know, you can't use this package on camp sites, cabins, 2 br villas or suites.
