This will become the largest ride in Walt Disney World at a Cost of $100 million (USD).
The ride will travel both forwards and backwards.
The height of the attraction is said to be nearly 200 feet. This is probably referring to the height of the mountain and not the height of the track contained within.
The Expedition Everest will be the first ride to use Vekoma's newest track system. Rather than the rails be on the inside of the ties, they will be on the outside. To date Vekoma has only used this system on their smaller roller coasters. This will be the first large scale installation of such a system.
Below is an artist rendering of the new attraction. Hopefully it shows up.
Your going there for a senior trip in 2006 too? Although its not for sure yet, it looks like thats where Im going. It has been narrowed down to two locations, Disney or a cruise, and its looking more and more like Disney every day. I cant wait! June 2006!!!

Finally they add something to spice up that park a bit. It's kind of blah there. If we don't go there it's no big but it seems like it'll be a cool ride
Im with u Roxter the park reminds me of a zoo and we normally don't go there but when my mom goes t WDW by her self she's probably always there but noe we might go there more often
