New coaster at AK -- when will it open

We are planning on a Springbreak 2007 trip and wanted to be sure this would be open. Any links to information on the ride?

Definitely will be open by 2007, barring a disaster of some sort.

DGF and I are reeeeeeeally hoping for a soft opening mid-December, but it just sounds like we'll be too early...

We are crossing our fingers for a soft opening In mid-January....But I don't know, it's kind of a toss up right now...Lets just hope...

The sign said Spring 2006 when we were there in April. I do not foresee an early opening (winter). They were still putting in the coaster when we were there. They still have to erect the building and the surrounding village before opening.

Construction looks to be progressing on time. Should definitely be open by springbreak 2007, if it didn't it would be a year behind schedule. Here's a link:
