I walked my 3 miles this morning- took 50 minutes- working towards a 15 minute mile but that may take some fast music in my headset! But BOY was I feeling it! I am getting up at 6am and could tell my body just burned right through all the calories I took in- and I felt GREAT!! I'm gearing up for the 4 miler- it'll probably take me 1 hour and 10 minutes but I can do it! I'll be asking for that clippie by next Wednesday!
Thanks for the motivation! The clippies look awesome!! And that little one is so cute! It's like the little VW bugs are so much cuter than the Hummers! GREAT JOB!!!
