We have been in shorts and sandals, jeans and polos, and dressed for the evening. I have seen all types of styles there. Whatever you wear, as long as its tasteful its cool.
For the meat eaters, the steaks I have had here have always been good. Several times we have gotten the chef's special pre fixe menu that included filet. Awesome each time. I'm sure the new chef will have some meat on the menu. I anticipate not only original seafood dishes, but more pork as well. Hey, maybe he'll get even more into the polynesian theme and fix up a spam chef's special. Hawaiians love that stuff.

I do have a question about Tchoup Chop, does anyone here ever just order a few appetizers and desserts instead of a meal? I looked over the menu on Emeril's site and the appetizers look very appealing, almost better than the regular menu, and I just can't afford an appetizer, a meal and dessert for three people (my 15 year old son is going as well).

I'd say the newest menu is probably the PDF file on his website...there are even some small differences between it, and what he show's posted on his web page. I think those aren't even totally up-to-date.
