Just off the Dream today. We received the canvas bag with the sturdier straps. It is more durable than my older bag with the rope handles. I like it better. I would have loved the burlap bag though.

We got the burlap bag and photo album in September. It is very nice, but it does have a scent to it that I am hoping will go away after a few washes.

Who did you talk to for the bag exchange? Guest services?

Yes, but we had to go two different times. The first CM said there was nothing she could do and the next day the CM allowed the change.

Received this bag during our October cruise. Personally speaking, do not like it at all! Very rough feeling and just do not think it's attractive.
