New Cards for WDW

I just got back from the Magic Kingdom. I turned in my quests and they had some new cards. They are now giving out the Fantasyland and Frontierland Quest pin cards, only available at DLR before

I wonder, since these are new prizes, if I can get them even having redeemed the quests within the past 90 days?

Great hope they still will be giving them out in August when we go to WDW.

You should be able to get them. The 90 day limit is per prize, NOT how you get it. Best example is the bracelet. You can get one by completing any one of the in park quests, Fireworks and Pirates game. Although you have different ways to earn it you can only get ONE every 90 days.
