That was fun! The only one I've had was the MacMurray pinot noir. I like that one. I'm also more of a red wine person.
I did the California Food and Wine Festival a couple years ago, when the dedicated festival foods were all served at the Lucky Fortune Cookie place. My friends who went with me that year said that last year, the foods were spread out at all the counter service locations. That sounded like such a pain, but the Lucky Fortune place was closed for renovations, or something.
I thought the California festival was in some ways better than the Epcot one when I went. The food and wine demos were outside in the sun, which was the only problem I had with them. Other than that, they were wonderful. My friends and I did a couple wine dinners (one at Steakhouse 55; the other at The Vineyard Room) and thought they were fantastic. A bargain compared to some of the Epcot festival wine dinners.
I really wanted to come back to the CA festival this year, but I couldn't swing it. I would have come out at the end of this week.
If the DLR correspondents are covering this year's festival, I'll be looking forward to it!
