So what are the new changes as if 4/14?

There were no banking changes. Disney updated their Terms of Use for all of their product...it wasn’t related specifically to DVC

Because posters on another thread are talking about a class action lawsuit, it seems a lot of DVC owners arn't aware DVC and Disney are two separate entities.

And neither Disney nor DVC would be party to a lawsuit related to David’s.

Maybe you need to read the thread their on about a lawsuit against DVC/ Disney that's what I was alluding to. Nothing more
