new august codes

I have a question about the new August codes. I see someone posted moderates for $94.00 a night!!
Is this code AZR?
We are traveling with a big group, going to dance at the Magic Kingdom. We have 24 rooms booked at the CBR in August. We are all paying 130.00 a night with tax included. We just made our final payments in full to the travel agent.
Is this code good for groups traveling?
If so, how would I go about gettting it?
I mentioned this to my travel agent but she didn't think they would give it to us and didn't know how they would rebate the money since everyone has paid in full.

im not sure, but she could make a phone call and find out. it might save everyone money. Also what are the dates you guys are going. is this a state wide dance comp. ????

I am a travel agent and I know that if the rooms are available, Disney would refund the difference. The only problem is that there may not be that many rooms available at your particular resort for your exact dates. However, your agent should call Disney to inquire for you.

Thanks, I will ask her to check on it. I'm sure it will end up being not enough rooms or something!

Our dance studio got accepted to dance at the Magic Kingdom. It isn't a dance competition. We are just going to perform there.

We are going to perform on August 18th, we will be in Disney August 16th to the 22nd at CBR.

Are you performing for Magic Music Days? I took a group in Feb. and I asked about applying codes to the reservation. I was told that it was NOT allowed because the group leader books a block of rooms. So you can call and ask, but if what I was told is true, then you will probably have to pay the rate you were originally quoted.

Yes, the August codes are out and you can even book them using the Disney website. Go to tickets and reservations, then scroll down to the August offers. Once you click on that you'll see where you can click to book online.

Yes, we are performing with Disney Magic Music Days. I figured there would be some catch and we wouldn't get to use the codes. I also knew when we booked with them that some codes would come out for August eventually. Oh well, I thought we could give it a try. I'm just happy to be going!!

Just saved $50 on my AKL reservation. Not a huge amount but it will pay for one sunrise safari so I am doing the happy dance.

(for information - this is AKL concierge level; so in case anyone wondered if the code would work on CL - it does!)
