New attraction at MK?

Can anyone tell me what has been built in Fantasy Land at MK? When we were there Sept' '04 Ariels Grotto and the lake where King Triton was in had been drained and it looked as if they were building something. We thought at the time It's a Small World was being moved there. Any ideas?

I think they were just refurbishing Ariel's Grotto because it was there when we visited this past December.

Is Small World still in the same place? As it was closed when we were there. What is the weather like in December, is it still warm? - but I suppose it's warmer than Scotland!!

yes it's still in the same place

the weather in december is a but unpredictable, we were there for the first two weeks in December 2002 (on honeymoon), had some freezing days and some lovely days......most days were like spring in scotland (fellow scot here)

Hi Cami!

Where did you stay on your honeymoon? We were looking at WL, but unfortunately didn't have a spare £5400 lying around!!! So we've opted for the All Stars Again!! Did you get any "special treatment" or "extras" as you were on honeymoon. As I know they wont upgrade us at All Stars as all the rooms are the same. Any advice? (apart from wearing my veil!!

we stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter, we never mentioned it was out honeymoon, hubbie would have been too embarassed LOL

you see quite a few people with the veils etc, and i think the CMs give them a wee bit more attention

one thing we did do was splash out and have dinner at Victoria and Alberts one night, they knew it was our honeymoon and made a special effort, it was a fabulous meal

They did open Pooh's playground where 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea was. They might have had to drain some of the water when they were filling in this area but the Grotto is still open.
