I am currently making reservations for TS meals. I know there are some restraunts that require a credit card for reservations. The restraunts that don't require a credit card, if you don't make it to the reservation and you do not cancel - is there a way you can be charged a fee? Or does that only apply to restraunts with credit card reservations?

Thank you for your help.

Hi! While each board has nice people with lots of information, you might want to go over to the Restaurant Boards and browse there for posts similar to yours. There are MANY boards with so much helpful information! WELCOME!!''

Edited to add, I don't think you'll be charged but I haven't been since this change was implemented so I'm not sure! :)

If you haven't used the credit card at that particular restaurant, I would imagine it would be illegal to charge the card.

You'll only be charged the no show-didn't cancel fee at the restaurants where you had to input your credit card info when you make the res. These are the restaurants that have character meals (even if the particular meal you're going to doesn't have characters) and signature restaurants.

At CRT and the dinner shows (Hoop De Doo, luau, Mickey's Barbecue) you have to prepay the entire amount when you make the res and you'll forfeit that entire amount if you don't cancel/don't show up.

Here's a link to the thread that lists the restaurants and explains the policy:
