Yep that is how Disney usually does it. They are so fast with changing deco especially Xmas.

Me too.
Although, my mother told me that she heard that Disney will continue selling the YOAMD mugs until they are all sold out. They can get away with it because on the mugs it only says "Walt Disney World - Where Dreams Come True".

there is a pic of DLR with its new Celebrate decorations. I guess that might give us a hint of what is in store (possibly) for WDW.

I am arriving on the 7th and received my documents as well as luggage tags. The design has the castle with different color Mickey balloons around it. I'm sure the other things will be similar.

New decorations should be going out later this week. I have a friend that works there and she said that the Christmas decorations will be up until at least this Sunday.
