Never recieved my Lowe's first card... who do I contact?

Would anyone know who to contact? I signed up in the beginning of May, and have not received my card yet. I went to the website and could not find anyone to email/call. Any suggestions?

I know it takes a long time, but if you go to that website and call the number, they should be able to give you your # over the phone.
