Never received my confirmation email??

I booked BC last week with the AP rate, and was told I'd receive my confirmation by email versus snail mail like in the past.

I went ahead and paid my deposit, but never got any email confirmation.

Anybody know how long it usually takes?? It's been 5 days today.

I got my e-mail conformation that same day...I would call back to check

same happened to me a few weeks ago, I just called and had them email me a copy mostly 'cause I wanted to make sure it showed paid in full

It took me about 5 days to get my email, but I booked on a Friday night so I figured they wanted to make sure the cc transaction went through completely before I got the confirmation.

I changed my ressie to the AP rate the day they were released last week and haven't gotten an updated email yet. I called again the next day to check on it and the CM said I should have it within 24 hours. She also said she would send me a hard copy in the mail. I'm giving that time to arrive but, if it doesn't, I will call again to request the email. My ressie is showing the correct balance on the website so I can print that out to take with me for check I but I would really prefer having a copy of the email or the hard copy from Disney in case the resort computer isn't showing the correct balance.

Hmmm..thanks everyone.

Guess it wouldn't hurt to call in the morning and check. I did check with my CC company and the charge has already gone through on my account, so I can't imagine what the hold up is.

I have never received an email confirmation since they began doing it, but I always receive a confirmation in the mail. I assume it goes into my spam folder or else Disney has my email address typed incorrectly.
