Never Hear About the Waterparks

Someone raised a good point, for most trips, the resort pools provide enough fun for us to get plenty of swim time. We value the convenience of being close to our base.

My family loves the water parks. We go for a two week trip each year and visit the water parks probably 5-6 times during the two weeks. They are a lot of fun. I prefer TL over BB. You can't get a wave pool like TL at home (at least in my area). Nothing beats jumping big waves or sitting in a chair at the edge (behind the white line) and getting splashed every few minutes. It also has crush n gusher and the shark reef, those are pretty cool attractions. The kids like BB better because they have more slides, but to me that park is just average.

I agree with others, if you go, get there when it opens. You can do the slides with less of a wait. There are always plenty of sitting chairs, just not the loungers. We leave our stuff on our chair and use a neck container to hold any money/cc. We bring towels from the resort. I highly recommend trying the water parks!

People don't talk about the waterparks probably because Water rides at the waterparks are not "unique" and would be similar as those in your local water parks. With the limited time people have, they would rather NOT spend time in the water park unless they have ridden all the rides in major 4 disney parks which are unique and one of the kind and have a better theme. Water parks tend to get busy in the afternoon so it is better to get there at rope drop. We got "waterpark or more" option for our upcoming trip. my plan is to spend half a day at a water park and only spend one evening at Epcot and probably visit the water park again after a morning at DHS or AK, and definitely waterpark again on my checkout day. .. I am so looking forward to visit the water park than anything else!
I'm thinking the exact same thing.. water park in the morning.. Epcot in the evening..
