Today is Memorial Day, we will be celebrated differently this year due to Covid-19. I hope that each one of us will take a moment to remember all the brave men and women who sacrificed so much to protect the freedoms we all enjoy here in the USA. I hope that soon we will all be able to enjoy those freedoms again. In my neighborhood they usually have a Memorial Day ceremony but this year that has been postponed until Labor Day. I hope that when Labor Day rolls around we can have that ceremony and our state will be open again for business.
To say "happy" Memorial Day doesn't seem appropriate so I will just say please never forget those who gave so much.
