I"m not normally the type to go over board with a complaint, but I'm really unhappy with this company and I thought I would warn all of my fellow Dis Board readers.

person that sends out the checks ansd I will find out when they are sending

This is a perfect example of why I will not be referring you to any of my friends or family in the future. You continue to fail to follow thru with what you promise over and over again. It has been almost a month since you promised a refund and a voucher for free service on our next trip, and I'm still waiting to " be on alert that its on its way."
I Don't think I ever hear from them But I know I will never use them again
