Neoprene band for kids?

I saw a thread here a few weeks ago with customized neoprene sports bands for kids (to put name and emergency contact #). Search isn't finding the thread for me, and I've googled stores but am only finding the expensive non-neoprene medic alert bracelets.

Does anyone have the site that sells this? I'm looking specifically for the one that sells toddler bands. Thanks!

Bumpy Name Orbit Labels are sold to put on bottles, sippy cups or sports bottles. They are made out of similar stuff as those colored bracelets everybody has.
