Before we hit the parks on our trip in September we’d really like to spend a couple of days in Orlando Orlando. In 2019 we went to the football / soccer which was great fun and we quite fancy exploring a bit of Orlando for probably 2 nights / days before heading to Universal and Disney.

Which neighbourhoods would you recommend / hotels to stay in / things to do? I’ve seen a lot about Winter Park, Winter Garden, Lake Nona and the Milk District but I’d love to hear people’s experiences.

We’re a couple, 34 and 40 - love trying different foods, craft beer and in terms of activities we honestly just like exploring whatever an area has to offer like the football or doing something active.

Thanks so much :)

We visiting Winter Garden for the first time this year and really enjoyed it, although we was only there for 1/2 a day. There was a farmers market which was lovely to look around, we visited the row of shops and their was an indoor area which had different food stalls and a craft beer area. We was there close to Halloween and they had a festival on as well. Not sure whatever is in the area to do for whether 1 day would be enough here but sure someone else will be able to advise.
