No city ordinances that I could find. Going to call the HOA tomorrow.
Tried talking to neighbor and was told, we will plant what we want. I would have to deal with it.
I reminded them I dealt with them damaging trees in my backyard, when they had tress cut down in their back yard. They had tall pine trees cut down and the person cutting let them fall and damaged 2 Japanese Crptomerias and left huge indents in the yard. Also, when the husband thinks I mowed a bit of their yard, they put up stakes and a rope to mark the line. This of course is according to where they "THINK" where the property line is located.
In the end, I am probably going to have to do a wait and see what happens. I think it is going to be ugly so close to the Crepe Myrtle they already have.
