Needing Help To Find A Nice Villa

Can anyone recommend a company or private owner where I can rent a good resonably priced villa for the xmas period 2004?
I am looking for a 2/3 bedroomed with private pool in a good location.
I need to book for 10 days.

we're in florida now & are staying in a lovely villa & I can recommend the company. we are at the windsor palm resort near splindid china & only 10 mins from disney.

the company lets out villas on other estates too.

not too sure of their web site but it includes kingdom state I think.

Hi Lin,

Windsor Palms has some nice 2 bed condos which are reasonably priced although you don't get your own private pool. Alternatively you can go for a 3 bed villa and it will have it's own pool which is a lot nicer. A few websites we've used in the past are:

Our friends have just had a villa built at Calabay Parc, 10 mins from Disney.
4 bed, 3 bath, pool and all the usual. Sleeps 8/10.
Good rates.
We are staying there next Feb.

you should be aware that SOME owners have a minimum of a two week stay at peak times like christmas -so check .

I have already booked a villa for January 04 but that is a 7 bedroomed and I knew exactly where we wanted to go.
I shall be kept really busy now looking all through these.
It's so much easier on your mind when you hear of someone else who has used these sites and have been happy with them.
