Just tear a size to cover your heel if you blister there or on the bottom of your feet, etc. My little toe usually rubs so I put the tape around my toe and it doesnt even get warm as if a hot spot was forming. When we went to the parks last year a single application lasted all day and would not peel off!!!Make sure the tape is long enough so that it doesnt roll up on the edges. This way you dont have to worry about different socks and creams and powder. Make sure you use fresh socks each day. I wore my same shoes for 6 days (since they stayed dry from the rain) and had no problem.tink_n_pooh said:These are all really good ideas but I think the duct tape sounds the most interesting, do you just put the duct tape where you think you might blister? or do you just wrap your foot in it?
My father would be very proud if I found another use for duct tape

I went in June and the thought of putting socks and sneakers on my feet was just suffocating!!!!!....
